Global Program Terms & Conditions

  • I confirm that the information provided in this form is true, complete, and accurate.
  • I declare I retain the copyright and other relevant rights to the project material, am duly authorized to present it in the GLOBAL FILM & TV PROGRAM, and have full rights to present it to potential partners.
  • I agree to hold LATC, its officers, and its staff harmless and exempt from any liability, claims, or losses related to the project, concept, or complete title I present during the LATC Program.
  • I agree to participate in ALL program activities. If I fail to attend, the corresponding fee paid will be forfeited.
  • I understand and agree that LATC may utilize my images and professional information to promote LATC’s current and future program activities.
  • I understand that the LATC Program will be conducted in English in person in Los Angeles and does NOT include air tickets or travel costs.
  • I understand that, due to their availability, LATC staff may make eventual alterations in the program schedule and speakers without prior notice.

Termos e Condições do Curso de Inglês

  • Inglês para Profissionais do Audiovisual é um curso online síncrono.
  • Cada módulo tem 35 horas, distribuídas em 11 semanas.
  • As aulas são sessões interativas, on-line e ao vivo de 90 minutos, realizadas duas vezes por semana.
  • Para obter o certificado, preciso comparecer a pelo menos 50% das aulas e realizar a prova.
  • As aulas serão gravadas e ficarão disponíveis por até um mês após o término do curso.
  • O LATC pode usar minha imagem e informações profissionais para fins promocionais.
  • O LATC reserva-se o direito de modificar o programa do curso sem aviso prévio.
  • Há uma garantia de reembolso de 10 dias a partir do início das aulas; nenhum reembolso será feito após esse período.
